Additional considerations may include allowing the basement contractors access to water cups, a place to wash tools off and clean themselves up, electrical sources and any thing else that you can predict someone in their position needing. Keep in mind, you are not responsible for providing them with anything, but it would be kind to do so and may benefit your relationship with the contractor in regards to your remodeling job.
